Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Contact us within that period and we will guide you through the return.
How it works
Once you have told us, you have 14 more days to send the products back. Return shipping is at your expense. Where possible, return items in their original packaging.
Refunds
We refund every payment received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you provide proof of return.
Exceptions
For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed bodycare products and supplements cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.
